Public pages privacy notice
It is not the notice for accounts, the personal diary or health data in the application opened through “Sign in” or “Open Fit Minder”. Public pages do not require an account, access the diary or collect body measurements, meals or activity. The application-specific notice and consent flow remain in preparation.
1. Controller and contact
The controller is Giorgia Adorni, Switzerland. Contact fitminderapp@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests. The website is fit-minder-app.pages.dev.
2. Data and purposes
When you open these pages, infrastructure receives technical information needed to deliver and protect them: IP address, browser information, requested page, time, request result, errors and security information. We use this to operate the site, prevent abuse and resolve problems.
If you use our email link, we receive your address, message and any attachments to answer your request. Do not send passwords, access codes or unnecessary health information.
Where GDPR applies, technical operation and security rely on our legitimate interest in providing and protecting the site (Article 6(1)(f)); service enquiries rely on Article 6(1)(b) or (f), depending on the request. Processing required by law relies on Article 6(1)(c). Applicable Swiss data-protection law also applies.
3. Browser storage and advertising
The homepage uses no audience analytics and does not load Google AdSense code. Switching between Italian and English changes only the current page and saves no browser preference. Your browser may cache static files; infrastructure may use technical tools necessary for security and availability.
Advertisements are not active. The site is under AdSense review. No ad requests are sent to Google’s services.
Before any activation, we will update this notice to describe actual processing and provide the Google-certified consent message and a preference-review control. Application health consent does not authorise advertising or tracking. Advertising will be available only to adults, through a choice separate from application features. See Google on partner sites and apps.
4. Providers and countries
Cloudflare hosts and delivers public pages and provides their technical and security infrastructure. Google Gmail handles email you choose to send to our address. Providers receive data necessary for those functions; these pages do not send them a diary or health profile.
Cloudflare and Google operate international infrastructure, including in the United States and EU/EEA countries. Data may therefore be processed outside Switzerland and Germany. Cloudflare’s self-service terms incorporate its data-processing agreement, covering transfers, Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework where applicable. See Cloudflare’s subprocessors, its DPA and Google’s privacy policy for provider, country and safeguard details. Contact us for information or copies of applicable safeguards.
5. Retention
These pages create no Fit Minder visitor database or personal browsing history. Infrastructure technical data follow operational, security and legal criteria in Cloudflare’s policy. Retention varies by record type; we do not promise simultaneous erasure of all technical information.
We retain correspondence to handle your request and as necessary for connected legal obligations or disputes, reviewing whether continued retention remains necessary. Deletion from email services and infrastructure copies may occur at different times under Google’s retention rules. You can remove browser caches in device settings.
6. Rights
Depending on applicable law, you can request access, information, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where available. You can object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your situation. Write to our contact above; we will verify identity proportionately and respond within applicable legal deadlines. Do not send credentials.
You can contact Switzerland’s Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or, where GDPR applies, the competent supervisory authority, including Italy’s Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
7. Changes
We will publish a new version when public-page processing changes, particularly before activating ads. Reading this notice does not grant consent.
